Kane and Tess.  Society calls them pit bulls, we call them Ambass-a-bulls.

Kane is a 7 year old American Bull Dog/American Staffordshire Terrier mix.  He was rescued from Mount Vernon Animal Shelter in Mount Vernon New York.  Tess was a mix of something-or-other with pretty big ears.  She was rescued from Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Shelter in Springfield, MA.  Tess living with mast cell tumors since 2011 until her passing August of 2015.  When Tess was diagnosed with cancer, Kim refinanced her house to afford the monthly vet bill. This situation got Kim to thinking - what about people who can't afford to feed their dogs and provide other basic care?

Kim George is the Founder and President of Kane's Krusade.
